Most frequent questions and answers

Each month we send you 1 or more twisty puzzles and other puzzle related items  that we believe every puzzler should have.

Inside each crate is 1 or more twisty puzzles that we believe is worthy enough to be in your collection and a description card of the puzzle(s). Your first box will also include a sticker and cube lube!

The puzzles we send in our crates are twisty puzzles. Think of them as different types of Rubik’s Cubes. Check out our Past Crates page for examples of what to expect.

Our prices are:

  • 1 month: $34 a month
  • 6 month: $32 a month
  • 12 month: $29 a month

All prices are in USD

US subscriptions: Shipping is free for subscriptions shipped to military addresses, all 50 states and US territories.

Canada subscriptions: Our Canadian puzzlers up north will incur a shipping charge of $15 per box. 

International subscriptions: Puzzlers outside of US and Canada will incur a shipping charge of $20 per box.

We’ve got you covered! If a puzzle arrives broken/breaks shortly after receiving it, we can send you a replacement/different puzzle. No cost to you. No questions asked. Drop us an email at support@puzzlcrate.com and let us know what happened.

If you receive a puzzle you already own, let us know and we’ll see about swapping out the puzzle for one you don’t have yet from our excess inventory.

Your card will automatically be charged when you sign up. All recurring payments will be processed between the 3rd and 5th of each month. Once subscribed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you what day your recurring payments will process.

Yes. Unless an exception is made, everyone receives the same puzzle(s) each month.

We pack and ship each crate around the 20th of each month. We will send you an email notification with your tracking number when your crate has shipped!

You can login to your account via the confirmation email you received when you subscribed. Once logged in, you can manage your plan information such as address, payment info, length of plan etc. Try and make any account updates as soon possible to ensure our records are correct for the next shipment/payment.

If you are unable to login for any reason, let us know and we can help! 

Your Puzzlcrate subscription auto-renews the same plan you selected when you subscribed. You can log in at anytime and disable the auto-renewal of your plan.

Yes! We will still send you awesome puzzles for the duration of your plan but your plan will not auto-renew. 

Let’s say you cancelled 4 months in to your 6 month plan. The payment for the remaining 2 months will still process like normal and you will receive those next 2 crates. After the 6th crate, you will not be billed again and your plan will not be renewed.
